WOW, did I do lousy this weekend, BUT, I'm not going to cry about it, tomorrows Monday, and back on track, I think I'll hit the free soup a little more and the workout session more. I'll get it back. I did have fun this weekend though, plus I've had 3 days off hehehe, burned a vacation day Friday...... Need to refocus on my sanity once in a while..........

Feeling much better, just had a excellent workout and ready to see the scale start moving again. It doesn't move if I don't work out for some reason. So, I'm back and ready to move it.:D
I did my 20 workout pilates tape, first time in a year felt good, but I'm sure I'll feel it in the morning. Plus did 22 mins.on the treadmill. I've had a two week break you might say on dropping weight, but maintained, now I'm ready to drop it more. Eating 24points only, no extras.

Afternoon all, I'm still maintaining @182, haven't felt that great this week, heck I just had this dang bug back in Sept. it's not my turn this time. I called in sick yesterday, which helped a bunch. Hit the grocery today, and tried to do a few exercises when I got back but my heart just wasn't in it. I'll start those back up tomorrow, I'm just glad I'm maintaining. Now it's time to get ready for work :(
Type at everyone tomorrow Lord willing.

Okay, new day. I'm still holding steady, that 182 is being resistant, but I'm going to win. I decided today instead of getting on the computer first thing every morning and next thing you know it's 2 hours later, first thing's COFFEE, then exercise, then house work, then play time. Let's see, in the 10 years I've had a computer I've average gaining 5 pounds a year in the 10 years I've been married and that's lack of exercise, and this thing. Don't get me wrong it's fun, but it's a real time killer. So, new rules, new body, new weight. Fun time will be limited. Cheers all, here's to The New........=)

Well I woke up Sunday and the scale said 180, woohoooo, such a tease, but it said 182 again this morning. I think I should be 178 or 179 by Friday. I'm ready to get out of the 180's, been here long enough. It's hard to believe I was 187 last Monday, I love it. I'm going to give it a good workout here in a little while as soon as my MP3's charged, then it's basement time to hit the workout equip. My Sister-in-law and her husband are coming down for Thanksgiving and staying with us. She lost about 30+ pounds last year and has kept it off, and works out everyday, and looks really good. So I've got till then to loose as much a I can before they get here, that's a good motivator huh, her and I are the same age, so if she can do it I know I can do this. 170, here I come...........=) My tip for everyone, don't be afraid to push yourself, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me !!!!
