I had an additional 2 large fried eggs and a slice of back bacon, 2 sugar free shortbread biscuits and some hot chocolate for ‘desert’. I honestly am struggling to keep up with my RDI, I get full. I’m just trying to eat healthy at this point NVM my macros.

My salad bowl prep for lunch today and lunch at work the next 2 days. I’ll have something else on the side to up my daily calories since I’m OMAD.

Today I broke my fast during lunch hour and didn’t even eat a 3rd of my lunch before I was called for an emergency, so here I am, a very serious OMADer trying to finish my lunch for supper, eating during a time I should be fasting in. I honestly do not know how I feel about this. On a positive I made 11 000+ steps at work but I would’ve preferred just sticking to my planned diet because I really feel good when I go through everyday having succeeded. I guess I just have to forgive myself and realize I’ve no control over everything and sometimes it’s the getting up after a knockdown that matters.

1st meal after my first successful ADF attempt. I also had an amarula fudge and some lays chips lol. But I’m going back to work tomorrow so I’ll be back to OMAD.
