Only half a pound down...but it was in 4 days! And I indulged this weekend. I am really trying to change my LIFE and not just DIET. I wanted pie...so I had some pie. I just adjusted my eating for the rest of the day to try and accomodate that pie.
Also, I think I am addicted to the gym. I LOVE going. Who would have thought?

Wooo. Definitely fell off the wagon yesterday. First time...in a long time (long time being a few weeks) that I've fallen off the wagon so completely. Went out for sushi last night and totally over did. Compensating by going ton the gym again today...making it four times this week.
Right back on the wagon today. No excuses. Almonds before the gym (still full from sushi) and I have an apple for after the gym. I am going to do this. No questions asked. I havent come halfway just to fail.
Speaking of which, I think my target weight might be unrealistic for my body type? Last time I was 135-140lbs I was in high school. Hmmm...I guess I will keep going. Be happy when I reach 150 though.
