Well here I am again and while I was away of course I gained about 20 pounds back (like always). The difference this time is i'm not on a fad diet i'm actually eating healthy and hitting the gym 4-5 days a week

So we're heading into phase 3 and made it to the gym 6 days this week spending an hour and twenty minutes there. I did lose 3.5 inches off my waist amongst other inches elswhere but I thought that was fabulous so it really motivates me. Good luck to all...

I completed the first week with flying colors and i'm so excited about being down 4lbs. We're back at the gym and even though it's tough I still feel like it's worth it and I feel great afterwards...the hard part is feeling motivated to go and thank goodness I have someone doing the program with me because it keeps me from slacking, which is so easy to do. I hope this time it works since I seem to have a habit of losing interest in the diet I'm on after a few weeks so if anyone has any suggestions with that I would greatly appreciate it...good luck to all.

well here I am again with a gain of ten pounds since I last weighed in...I have decided to switch it up and go with the fat smash diet and added bonus is my boyfriend will be doing it with me. I'm also trying to give up on my addition to coffee and so far it's been 3 days, a tad bit moody at first but now I feel great and i'm hoping it continues.
