Hey everybody...it's been quite a while since I've been on...a lot has happened. I just found out on April 1st (go figure, April Fools) that I'm pregnant!! I have to admit, I never thought that was going to happen. It was not planned, but it was a very nice surprise. I go to the doctor this Friday to hear the heartbeat. My husband and I are very excited. I guess I won't be focusing so much on losing weight as I will on just eating healthy. I will be back at it once the baby is born. I believe I'll be due at the beginning of December. I have a way to go, but I'm looking forward to this new chapter in my life. For all you moms out there, I may be asking for your advice as time goes by. I'm still teaching my women's class...I've just modified a few things for myself. :) I hope everyone has a wonderful week!

Good morning to all my FS friends! Well, I have been working out...doing my boxing, muay thai, etc. I think I may work in some P90X into the mix...I gained almost all my weight back, which is frustrating...why can't I lose and keep it off for more than 6 months???? I need to take a new approach to this b/c I obviously have been doing it the wrong way...otherwise, I wouldn't be right back where I started. I have been eating well and will continue to be positive about my progress...no matter how small it may seem.

Wow! It's been a long time since I've been on here. I, like many others, have fallen off the wagon for the past 6 months or so. My hubby and I are ready to get back at it and get this weight off. I'm tired of feeling and looking this way. I have all these cute clothes in my closet that I can't wear...how frustrating!! Anyway, wish me luck and pray I'll continue on this path. I've been doing very well considering the holidays are upon us!! :)

What is it with cold weather and holding on to weight. I don't even want to weigh right now. I still teach my class, but since having my oral surgery, I've just wanted "comfort" food. I'm back at it this week with a vengeance. I leave for Colorado on Feb. 24th so I want to have lost at least a little of this extra weight. I'm ready to hit it hard again and get ready for summer. I want to be able to wear some really cute summer clothes and bathing suits.
Here we go.........again!

Hey Everybody!! It's been a very long while since I've been on. I've been up and down. I'm back at it though now!! I'm determined to lose those pounds I gained around the holidays! I do so well up to my birthday and then it seems to break apart after October. I won't let it get me down. I'm determined now more than ever!! I have to get ready for my snowboard trip to Colorado in February. I can't wait!! I read how some of you are cursing the snow you're getting...and I'm saying, bring it on!!! It may possibly snow here in Houston this weekend. I know we're supposed to get temps around 19 degrees....brrrr, that's cold! I don't want to record my weight yet till I get a little smaller. I'm not huge or anything (as you can see from my journal pic), but it's still not where I want to be.
By the way...this pic was from my promotional poster for a concert I did.
