My weight yesterday morning. Finished the VLCD and now go on with normal, healthy eating. I'm trying to eat a lot of vegetables and fruits.

I think this VLCD thing isn't going to do any good. First two days, I gained almost two kilos. This morning, 0.3 kg below my weight before VLCD. So, I guess I'm going down, slowly, after all. But it's not about weight why I consider letting this go. I know that going into ketosis doesn't necessarily feel fun, but I didn't know it would be this hard...
I feel too weak to really do anything except the challenge stomach crunches once a day. I feel like vomiting, I've had a headache every day, and today I started also having diarrhea, a bad one. Yesterday was a little easier, but today... Just too much. I should have a 9-hour day at college tomorrow, so I really think about giving up or at least easing my diet a little bit with something healthy to eat. I've had some lettuce, cucumber, apples and grapefruits (they are considered 'negative calorie foods' in some lists) in addition to the shakes and soups, but it's just not enough. I don't know what to do.
What else is new? Went to vote today (our new president for the next six years will be chosen today). It's even colder outside than last time I wrote: the temperature was only -30 degrees centigrade (-22F), when we left for our little voting walk in the morning.

It's very cold here, only -24 degrees centigrade (-11,2 F).
The past week or so was bad. I didn't watch my foods, I wasn't walking enough. The result was that I gained 0.7 kg.
I started a five-day VLCD diet today. I had a chocolate shake in the morning and a caramel bar an hour ago. This is my first time, and I'm actually surprised about how good I feel so far. Energetic, not hungry at all. I bought some lettuce, red pepper and cucumber to have, if I feel awfully hungry. The diet plan says they are allowed.
The stomach crunch challenge began the day before yesterday. Not many crunches yet per day, but will increase week by week.

Oh my, I'm not happy. I went on scale earlier than I had promised myself (I wasn't supposed to do it before Feb 1st). I've only lost 2.1 kgs (4.6 lbs) in January! I thought I had done good, but I suppose I have to do something differently. It may actually be I haven't lost anything but fluids. I don't like this at all.
