Wow! It's amazing when you track food how those points just add right up! I am shocked that the tortillas I had last night were 10 points! 10!!! Okay, the wine is even worse. I didn't want to put it in, but there it is. ALL 12 point of it! This is going to be super helpful since I will once again learn what to cut from my diet going forward!

Well, I have gained ten pounds and now is the time to finally get back on the ball. I read
this article
talking about how people that log their food are more successful at losing weight than those who don't. I totally remember doing this when I was on Weight Watchers and remembered that Fat Secret and some pretty cool tools. So today is my first day of logging and I am determined to stick with it!
