okay time to get serioius again!! Iam back on phase 1 as of today, Ive just let everything go the last couple days, that and my motivation slipped out the window for a bit. gah!! I feel gross, I dont know why i eat food that makes me feel sick, taste I suppose, but man, its paying the price.
so, Iam on phase one, today!! and excited about it. Ill be weighing in next week!

today is my officail weigh in day, and yet again Iam amazed. Iam almost beginning to think Iam doing somthing wrong. I havent been exercising like I should be, and I have slipped up quite a bit this week, and yet Iam down again. is there a bad side to this diet, could I be loosing too much weight.? I know that will sound silly to some, but Iam being serious. how come when I get on the scale, Iam down a nother pound, with in a matter of a few days... I know too much weight loss isnt good either. if I was sticking to everything to a tee, and working hard, then I would understand, Iam happy, but kinda worried iam doing somthing wrong. any advice would be appreciated.

I dont know how Iam, but Iam down, and Iam happy!! had a long weekend of baseball, and partying, so this is exciting for me.

alrighty, I know I have been MIA for the last week, but I have been following the diet and trying hard t stay on track, although there were a few "off diet" indulgances. but I still kept up with making sure I had an arobic activity each day. and well I think it paid off. Iam glad, I needed this, this has inspired me to keep on pushing!! hope you all are doing well, and not missing me too much, hehe
