Ok so I reset my profile.. or at least I think I did...I got discouraged and took a break.. really slacked off.. still did my diet but did it half way... kinda counted here and there... kinda payed attition to this and that... snuck a tootsie roll here and there.... but you know what? After 3-4 months and I only lost 10 lbs... that is not good enough for me... so I am going ot try something else... I need to get motivated... I am going to look into natural herbs to see what is out there to help me with my motabolism... ginsing, type thing... acai berry.... do a colon clense... and a supplament diet... it is going to be very hard... cause i love food... But I am tired of not being happy with me! So wish me luck follow me along with my jurney... choose to be my firend and give me words of incouragement and advise! Lord knows I will need the push to get through this! Whey protine/ protine supplament breakfast and lunch, healthy around 300cal low carb dinner and lots of water.... I work nights so a night snack is a must... so I will figure that out but 3....2....1.... here I go!

Ok so it has been forever sence I have been on here... a few months anyways... I am getting ready to restart this things and even though I have not completly faultered on my diet, I am about to start over with a new attitude twards things... I am truly trying but I am getting very discurraged with this diet thing. I want to look and feel good... i want to have my figure back and not feel and look like a fat blob! SO...tomorrow morning I am going to get on here... when I get off work and start and feel freash again! Good luck to me... gym in the AM first and formost! I hope this time I can get something right!

been so frusterated... it is oin so slow... im oin to chane my diet and get movin and hit the gym a bit more - 3 times a week just aint cuttin it!

I have lost faith in what I am doing here... At first I was eager and motivated.... But I have not hardly lost anything and this started a good solid month ago. I have lost a grand total of 4 lbs but have been on a solid hold now for a few weeks. I am board going to the gym by myself and although my husband goes too we have kids and can not go together... I give him as much motivation as possible and though his motivation is his health issues, mine are all personl, selfconcioius, and selfish reasons. I know what I want and I know how to go about getting it... just doing it is seeming to be more of my challange!

I am so frusterated... i have been to the gym, i have been following a strict diet.. only cheated once, maybe twice but even then didnt go over board.. but i cant loose the weight.. and even though the inches are moving slightly... i dont feel or look or anything any better.. feel like i am destin to be fat forever! whata horrible way to feel ....
