I have decided that starting tomorrow I am determined to loose 30 pounds. I will give it all the time I need and work as hard as I can towards my goal. I have learnt to put myself first and I believe I can do it now.

New Start,
Ever since my mom passed away Dec 29th, I have been up and down with my weight. From 153 to 165. It's incredible how much it jumps from day to day. Now a month later and I am managing to keep it around the 155 mark. I think now since I do not have to worry about her every second and wonder if she is okay that I will have more time to myself. I find that I am going to the gym a lot more now in order to get my mind of things which is a great way I guess to deal with my loss. As well, since I am incharge of cooking now I am been able to eat a lot healthier. However, I find that for some reason I can not always eat. I would go a whole day with one meal because I would feel sick to my stomach when I eat. So wish me luck! I really wanna drop this weight before my brothers wedding in May.
