(tw: talks if mental health and bingeing also poor grammar sorry)
even though I have lost weight I'm still gaining back at times which I know is normal. I only weight myself once a week normally on Sunday as per my doctor telling me to do so, because I have a few mental disorders and she's worried about me delvoping an eating disorder, but now I am starting to comfort eat and binge again due to my mental health declineing. Im already in contact with my doctor about fixing my medications to help with my mental state, but I would like to know if anyone has tips on how to either binge less or stop binging completely. If you can help I deeply appreciate it. thank you all have a blessed day!
