That is what my scale shows first thing this morning. It was actually closer to 210lbs but I dont know how accurate the scale is.

Lost 5 pounds 3 weeks...slow but getting there. I am coming to believe losing weight is more about my calories intake then how much exercise I do. A large big gulp coke, from 7/11, has 523 calories. I would have to walk roughly 5 miles to burn those calories. If I dont drink that coke I dont have to walk those 5 miles!

You dont know how match you eat until you chart it. I always thought I had good eating habits but I guess not. Still am stuck at 220lbs, but I am more aware of the foods to stay away from and the foods I can binge on. I am slowly adjusting my diet. Have not only had fast food once in two months and only 3 sodas in a couple of months. So I am proud of myself. I read people who lose weight slowly usually keep that weight off because they adjusted thier diets.
