Not much of a loss but still going down and still working out and getting strong! I switched up my workouts and getting in strength training instead of just cardio.

Down 20 pounds in 3 months. I am good with that. that is a healthy 1.6 pounds a week. YES!! And I am gaining muscle by working out 4-5 times a week cardio and strength/sculpt.

When I started this journey it was ssslllooowww. I believe my body goes into fight mode when I try and change things for the good. So the first few weeks I lost very slow, losing and gaining the same three pounds. Now it looks like I am starting to lose weekly which is nice. I am consistent with working out and adding some strength which feels wonderful. Since June 1st I am down 18.8 pounds.

I am just so happy the scale is moving again. I have also lost inches when the scale wasn't moving. I just think my body goes into shock when I start yet again another diet. LOL And then it holds on to the fat for dear life because my body thinks I am starving. Every time. Sad to think how many times I have had to "start over". LOL
