scale is swaying bk and forth btwn 179-180 this a.m. LOL dog on scale just pic 1 #! worked out maybe 40 minutes but no less than 30 minutes for sure.
Had to switch it up on some routines frm zumba, i have two other dvds since the pack came with 6-7. But i only use two...what am i gonna do when i get tired of the routine i did today :( im too lazy to start learning the others and having to learn is fustrating! i just wanna get up and do the workout not have to learn it i feel like it holds me back from burning cals during the learning part. ugh!

yay! today i weigh 180 again! although today i had to really push to get through my workouts due to taking a break yesterday but i did it and just glad its done for the day lol! feeling: good

still weighing the same but one thing i've noticed and am quite please d with it that im wearing a shirt that i couldnt wear before! also today i s day two of pills/diet and exercise...yesterday went well enough. I wish i could just fast forward to 6 weeks from now and see what my weight loss progress will be?

good monday morning :) here just having my breakfast thinking about what im doing with my diet. I ddnt follow it on at all for sunday lunch or evening :(
but i dont count myself as a failure because im still eating healthy and healthy is good enough. Im still working out. and one other thing i did yesterday was buy some weight loss pills. I guess you can say im on my own diet. And although i have nothing against the atkins diet (after all i lost 16lbs!) i feel at this point it gave me the push i needed to continue on losing by eating healthy and making the right choices. NO more mindeless eating for me. so thank you atkins diet for the help!
