*sigh* no change. But I still have a couple days left in the week. I won’t be cutting more out though as I’m staying 1100-1290 and I don’t want to drop my avg below 1000. I actually need to up it to 1400-1800 for healing but the dr didn’t comment when I told him I was on a diet. I just know what he had mentioned before. Wondering how much I would gain if I jumped up to 1400 next week then 1600 the week after. 1600-1700 is maintenance for me but with staying the same at 1200 how can I not think I will gain at 1600?? Oh for someone to say ‘this is what you do and here are the prepped meals for you’ and it actually work lol. Without buying tons of things I won’t eat use or meal plans that cost the same as feeding my whole family of 5.
