Wii value. Five lbs away from initial weight loss last November. I’m on board now, for sure. Things going like they are, I should be there this time next week. I know a lot of this is excess water in my tissues. The real weight loss will be more reasonable at 2-3 lbs a week. This weight loss is mostly due to my restricting salt.
I would love to be my perfect weight by next November. Fifteen lbs a month = seventy-five lbs by November! I only need to lose 60 lbs to be where I want to be, around 155-165 lbs. 🙂
