Okay. 30 days until I go spend a week with my two grandsons would like who will be 2 years and the other 11 months. Completely psyched. At that point, diet will be a secondary consideration. I'll enjoy but not go crazy. So, the decision is, hit it hard for the next 30 days. I'm sticking with the fasting/depletion routine I've been doing. I will be pretty solid in the blue by then. So the countdown begins. DAY 30.
