Hey, even if it doesn't happen every week, it's happening now! Bask in the moment and remember that it CAN happen as a reminder when you slow down temporarily later on.

Well, it seems ketosis has finally clicked in.... so 'maybe" I have another good week or two.

I have learned over the years..... it doesnt take overnight to gain it.... therefore it will not be overnight or a week that we lose. its disheartening when we dont do as good as WE think we should. dont give up! You're not alone in this journey.
