Decided to try South Beach Diet. My doctor recommended it to me a year ago but I brushed it off as a fad diet until recently when I gave it some hard research. Now I'm craving something a little more structured, winging it and counting calories is just too much freedom because I start eating things in the morning that I shouldn't, with the mindset "oh I can just make up for it later" whichI never do. Sooo I gained some weight back, but I'm ready to start fresh!
