Well my scale is acting up. 136.2, 136.8, 137.2, 140.2, 136.6, 140.4... all within a few minutes. Hubbys body scale is 0.4-0.8 lower than mine usually so I’ll add 0.6 to the reading on his for now and change my batteries later.

Once again I’m not really trusting this number as when I get below 137, just like 140, 145 & 150, it pops back up again. Plus I’m building back up to maintenance levels so it’s hard for me to believe I have a loss right now. Let’s hope it holds or keeps dropping 😉

I was pleasantly surprised to find that, even though I experimented with my eating this week, I still have 1700+ calories to ‘spend’ today! I ate out 3 times this week but at Taco Bell I put back half of a quesadilla, at Arby’s I gave the kids half my fries but I didn’t hold back at tropical smoothie lol. I’m still in disbelief as I really thought today would be a 1200 or less day. I’ll go over my log again just in case but if this is true then I ‘earned’ a junk reward. 500 cal or less of course or if a meal then 500-1000. As
