Starting over and ready to make the change again. Got too lazy and now my clothes barely fit and I'm heading right back to where I don't want to be.

I'm seeing weight loss all around me and I'm still having trouble getting motivated. Hubby keeps dropping, best friend has finally got motivated and dropped 40 pounds, now it needs to be my turn. I was doing so well before getting pregnant with G. Now my "just one bite" mentality has overtaken me. I still believe so strongly in the lifestyle, so why am I having such trouble?

Well, no more. Today starts a new day. I brought my veggies, have my water, have eaten my eggs with butter and had my coffee with cream and coconut oil. I'm good to go. Going back to tracking for at least my induction period. Here's to hoping with my fat intake, my milk doesn't dry up and I can keep nursing G. Can't keep using that as an excuse!
