None? I burn 64 just sitting on my butt.
Ok then about usual or just a bit more.
Umm I walked on the beach, swam while holding Macy, swam to the boat at least three times and a couple hours just playing in the water.
Ok so a little more than usual but not like real swimming.

That’s my convo at dinner tonight. As I downed a double quarter pounder with cheese. Which I’ve never done in my entire life. Pretty sure if I was hungry enough to eat that plus half an order of fries and be hungry an hour later that I burned more than ‘a little more than usual’ lol. 5 hours in the car or eating and about 8-9 hours in a boat, playing on the beach or swimming/dog paddling/helping kids learn to swim. Yes I had a life jacket on as I can barely swim without one (get too overwhelmed trying to keep an eye on three kids and all the boats and jet skis). But I sat still for maybe an hour while at the lake. So I’m adding two hours of swimming, my activity tracker that only counted rest stops and before/after the lake. Not water proof so it stayed in the car with my phone. I’m still hungry. I’m still thirsty and im such a pretty shade of bright red that I put a lobster to shame lol. Sunday’s workout just got cancelled I think. 🤔😖
