Monday was a bad day for me I was sad and depress because I worked so hard to see 1.. in front of my digits but when I saw 205 again I just broke down and cried. How could this be so I went for a walk mile and an half. watch what I ate again. so I have exercises more. i went and walked also went to gym. feeling really good. i will not be getting on scale until Oct 18th when I go see Dr. so I'm gonna try a little harder again. like it was my first time again. I'm excited though because I was able to put on a pair of shorts on that I haven't been able to wear.. So I am excited.
