won't get on scales for awhile. to depressing. no bedtime snack tonight. I think I did pretty good by not eating so much today. husband disabled in wheelchair and has memory loss. very stressful so I'm making an Afghan to keep my little crab like fingers from shoving food in my face as fast as the little crab pinchers do haha
