Toward the end of my program it wasn’t as easy to guess. If I had to try I would say 0.4-0.8 each day for two days then drop all of it plus 0.2-0.6 on day 3 or 4 (Tuesday or Wednesday). If I truly was worried then I’d be eating less ;). Actually doing well this week. Down about 1500 so far which is a full days kcal.
