Another new adorable guest! I am happy to greet him but I have a feeling he won't stay long. Yesterday was kind of low carb which is what I think enticed him over but today my morning was filled with bagels. I am planning on a rambunctious day. Moving flooring boxes that weigh about 50lbs each can count as weight training, right? The bagels tasted sweet to me, almost like cake. I think my taste buds are wonky. Happy Friday!

Guessing your muscles will never guess they are really lifting boxes instead of weights, just keep it on the dl. um, you are kinda killing it, officially39. Mmmmmm bagels.

Yeah Baskington, I don't even really consider myself low carb. I guess it is just the kind of carbs I have on the regular that make breads and stuff taste sweet to me. Jengetfit, what a day. I am consciously going to go over calories because I have never experienced anything like today. I will probably lose my new number guests because of eating off schedule and having so much bread. I am sending my new number guests to you in time for your Sunday weigh in. Keep them warm. Thanks for the support everyone.
