Pretty sure it’s time for a week of cutting again. Still 200ish under my tdee so I shouldn’t be gaining. Drank water the last few days but I’ve also had later snacks like my protein shake late last night. Not worried but need to think about dropping back down to 1200. Party with pizza next weekend: 2-3 meals of it. Only one game but it is away so probably fast food for dinner then too. So hard to eat healthy when you eat out and it has to be fast food to get kids home in time for homework and bed. Pretty sure 120 by Christmas is out but I’d be happy with anything under 125 because I’m trying to go easier on myself lol.
