This morning I was more hungry than the rest of the week...guess it was that run last night. Breakfast is 300 calories today instead of my normal <150. Not worried, as long as I keep my body moving and I listen to my body eat when I'm hungry and drink water when I'm not. I'll continue to lose weight and feel better about myself have more energy and be a much more positive person.
