W1D2-caught up on some videos. Researched the eat to live book, some great recipes. I think whatever I'm doing I need to be aware and document calorie count/ macros. I feel stronger commitment and greater ability to accept my responsibility and change what needs to be changed. Stay within my calorie range. Consider IF, Eat to Live, cal count- if I do cal count I may need to decrease a bit temporarily, especially when it's a little easier- so next few days 12-1400, the xmass eve and day , 18-2200, then 14-1600 for next few days. Even if going with the etl I don't want to go over these totals
