I haven't consistently logged my food but I have been very strict about adhering to the changes I have made. It's been 5 days since I started a modified paleo lifestyle and I am beginning to notice differences already.

I notice that any bloating I had is gone. I also am noticing that I have more energy. I'm less hungry. And feel more stable. Maybe my blood sugar is adjusting and not spiking up and down all the time from sugar. It's really nice! 💖
