Despite following my diet 100%, I'm stalled at this weight. My stats didn't change from last week, either. Not sure why. I bet you this week will be better though. I don't feel like there's any reason for me to hold onto this weight. I'm trying not to stress about it. Nature will take care of it, so long as I stick with it.

Oh absolutely. It happens a few times, just know that if you keep logging and weighing it’ll eventually start moving again :)

Trying upping your water intake and change up exercise routine.

Maybe you've eaten some higher sodium foods and your body is hanging onto fluid? If you reduce your sodium intake you should see a weight drop after a couple of days. Things like cheese, ketchup, many tinned vegetables and soup contain a lot of salt. I try to buy no-sodium products if I can and of course making all your foods fresh at home works well. I read that eating potassium-rich foods like fruit and veggies balances the sodium you eat and in theory you won't retain fluid as much. I've gone through stalls too and the cause might be just too many calories or less activity. I am walking less and not gardening with winter here and have found my weight loss to be just turtling along.

I don't know your age or height but I'm 70 and am only 5'1". If I eat about 1000 calories a day, walk a lot and lift some small weights I lose maybe half-a- pound a week. I don't feel hungry if I eat lots of protein and filling vegetables like cauliflower and kale with each meal. I steer clear of all empty calories like wine, jam, salad dressing. In the real world though I eat at restaurants, have family dinners and cave when a box of chocolates is offered. I'm wondering if you could reduce your calorie intake to maybe 1500 and see if that helps.

Don't give up. Let's get through it together. I used another app first for a week and didnt see any weight loss. Decided to look for another app (found this one ) to see if I get different stats and check against the other one in parallel.

a quick fix is to start intermittent fasting. you give yourself an 8 hour window that you are allowed to eat ....do not eat after that window closes. your body cannot lose in a fed state. Also if you can try to do 20-30 minutes of fasted cardio every morning you will see huge changes....even walking will do!!

I have found that I have to shock my body with a big change of exercise- treadmill to bike - food going soup broth only for a day or salad only instead of a heated vegetable and potato, etc. I have just done the same where I've been following a plan closely but haven't lost even .1 lbs for 5 days now!

Are you getting enough sleep? If you are not getting at least 7 hours of sleep it will keep you from losing weight. Congratulations on being so diligent following your program, never give up and you will succeed!

I don't think it is your diet that is slowing you down, you are eating well. It is possible that you are eating too much or too often. Insert unsolicited advice here lol If it was me, I would eat only 3 meals a day and no snacking. Also I would not eat after 7 or 8 pm. If you are someone who likes to eat breakfast, just don't eat until 8am. That gives your body time to digest and reset. I typically only eat one meal a day and fast about 23 hours. I am not saying you should do that, but that is what works for me. There are some great benefits to fasting and that is why I do it along with high fat and low carb. (Btw my blood work has been really good) Hang in there! we all have plateaus that we work through. Good luck.

I found when I was meal prepping and in the gym 7 days a week I would plateau at a wait but I switched up my workouts and adjusted my meal plan and bam I finally got over that hurdle and was able to continue losing weight.
