Ok I get that after you are sick that you have to fill yourself back up with food and water. What I don’t get is how I can be back to where I started before being ill while being in a deficit. It was only about 800 kcal for the week but I gained back 3#. Hoping this levels out soon because this is frustrating. The not knowing that is. The number doesn’t bother me but not knowing when it will stop and why exactly I’m gaining back everything when I’m a deficit does confuse and irritate me with the not knowing why. We should have a body manual that we can refer back to because google isn’t much help for me at the moment 🤪.

My guess is, if you drink lots of water you'll lose that 3#s.

Hmmm maybe. I’ve started drinking coffee of a morning so maybe that’s dehydrating me. I’ve also taken to having a glass of tea with dinner rather than my water and I’ve had a pop about every other day which also cuts into my water. I’ll try more water thanks!
