My pup goes for surgery today - not a wink of sleep last night. Going for an emotional breakfast eat with my bestie while he's in surgery. Food is such a gift and comfort sometimes, and really I need to change my attitude towards it. So today is a rest day. Tonight maybe orange theory for an hour if I can tear myself away from Ollie. Otherwise Netflix and pet therapy.
