Good week 😁. The previous week was not great... hit a plateau. Tried carb-cycling. My weight shot up and then steadily came back down again so that by weigh-in last week I had a net loss of 200g. Have continued with carb-cycling this week and am very happy with the results. I’ve come to the conclusion that one needs to keep their body on its toes... figuratively 😉
