Wednesday: Wow. Down again! Hopefully I can stay in the '80's, but not holding my breath yet! Working today, 5 hours of walking. Big breakfast of toast PB and banana, and leftovers from last night for lunch. Grilled chicken for dinner probably on a salad. Planning is everything, especially when dead tired after walking all day!
