Not bad. Dehydrated because if the heat and lack of cold water (didn’t want to drink my hot one so picked up a smoothie lol). Lots of walking compared to my normal day. Lots of food/calories. Kinda figured on about 122 so this is a pleasant surprise. It’ll go up again tomorrow as tonight is gym night.

Yep! Some days it confuses me but I rarely get upset over it. More frustrated that it didn’t do a so expected lol. These lower gains are super nice because they are unexpected (when a big gain is expected). Already chugging water to see if it makes tomorrow’s gain a bit less or a bit more. Now I’m off to find some candy to eat before going to the gym lol. Pretty sure we have skittles and m&ms somewhere. Skittles from last fall and m&ms from Easter.
