I know I've changed my goal weight, and it might be seen as a sign of weakness, but I also want to explain myself. I'm a 16 year old girl, I'm still growing. I've taken my body structure and other factors into consideration when I made this decision. I'm largely happy when I look into the mirror, so now I'm focusing on maintaining my weight as well as muscle training. I will still be weighing myself every once in a while, and counting my calories so that I don't completely fall off the wagon and pick up the weight that I've lost. For me, as long as I stay between 48kg and 50.5kg, that is fine by me❤️

I'm very short. 155cm. According to my research, 48 is a healthy weight for my height.

Thanks. I am also in a similar situation: 1.6m. (I say I walk UNDER door handles). I am trying to get down to 52 and then will let my own weight "float" between 50 and 54. The numbers do sound/look low but it makes a huge difference when you aren't very tall. Good luck with your journey and remember not so much to focus on the scale numbers, but to eat healthy, nutritious food.

That's exactly what I believe, be happy with what you see in the mirror, and not with what's on the scale. I'm working to fuel my body with nutrition and energy. Good luck for your journey too xx
