Hmmm. Pretty sure this has something to do with the fact that I could barely move last night and this morning. Stiff, tight and sore. Not so much now that I’ve done dishes, more laundry, cleaned the kitchen, spot cleaned the carpet etc. When you are short on time you figure out how to get those muscles stretched out fast lol. Anywho, I’m thinking perhaps inflammation and maybe water or whatever going to the muscles to help rebuild them. Sry I can’t think of the correct terms at the moment. So much more to do and an hour to do it all lol. First time I’ve sat down other than the one bathroom break as soon as I got up. Will probably spend my late afternoon taking a nap and/or doing stretches before the gym. Upper back and shoulder joints super tight still but at least they have a better range of motion than when I got up! Have a great day!
