Whoo Hoo! Lost another pound, Did my exercise video yesterday which focuses on strength training with a little cardio. Think I'll go swim today, if not then I'll start run/walking. The impact pain in my knees is getting less by the day. I'm totally motivated! I might go to a wedding at the end of September in California, one I don't really want to go to but I'm going to use it to motivate me to drop pounds so that I at least look good when/if we go. It'll be nice seeing family though. Hopefully by this Friday I'll hit the 192 mark!
