Spent a couple of days cheating on the GI diet. Zero exercise. There may have been Pizza in there (thin crust!), and maybe a Baklava or two. There were oranges, bananas, and mangoes too. It was tempered somewhat by snacking on Turkey cold cuts, plenty of cocoa and cinnamon, as well a couple of servings of Metamucil. Fortunately it doesn't seem to have halted forward progress. Anyways, it's back in the saddle.
