I did lose a little but not much. I weighed Mon Tues and Wed and I weighed the same as I did Fri so I was hoping for a better weigh in. I'll try doing the same on calories next week as I did last week. I'm trying to bring my macros down. Last week it was 31% on carbs and fat. I usually have 50% on carbs but my fat is around 34% or higher. I'm trying not to cut calories way down but I'll see what my weigh in is next Fri and make a decision then .
