So for November restarted Wildfit, starting 5th week in am, 12/2. I had shorter windows for the first few weeks but since this last week have been doing 16/8 but I think I need to tighten it up a little, so I’ll try 17/7 for this next week. I needed more time to get in the fruits and veggies but I’m pretty sure I can get them in at 17/7 or 18/6.
5th week- no Sugars, no additives , no grains, no dairy , no caffeine no alcohol . Still fruits, veggies ,beans and honey, and meats!
107,5 kg Bisher verloren: 2,7 kg.    Still to go: 12,3 kg.    Diät befolgt: Recht gut.
