HELP NEEDED. so I'm not working out much since 1) back to work plus a new baby, 5yo, and new house doesn't leave time, and 2) focused on my milk supply for breastfeeding. I've been doing some mini 30 day and 7 minute challenges though (planks, butt, legs, all over body, etc.) WELL, I went and broke 2 toes yesterday :( and it seems almost all my mini challenges involve putting weight on one foot or somehow putting pressure on my toes. Any suggestions for mini workouts that allow me to not put any weight on my foot? TIA!

Wow, sorry for the broken toes, nevertheless we are all at different stages in our lives, so I'd be more concerned with WOE than working out both due to recent injury, and your family's need for your time. You'll have more me time later. Best to you moving forward.

Look at you ready to go despite everything!!! 🎉 Life with a baby is nuts so don’t feel bad about taking time to recover. Breastfeeding while keeping a balanced diet does wonders. Oh don’t forget kegels!

After pregnancy I first focused on strengthening my core to help me get back in pre-pregnancy shape. Congratulations on the new baby! So sorry about your toes, that's really painful. Welcome to FS, this is a great community.

Sounds like you are pushing in so many different directions at once and hitting a few obstacles (literal and figurative!) Maybe focus on the most important and let a few others slide so you don't go crazy. Perhaps the baby, your eating choices to support your goals and the baby's needs, and very light exercise to keep a little flexibility. Remember regarding weight loss it is 90% the food you eat and only 10% exercise.

Check your early morning TV guide. There are usually several exercise programs on that you could record that also show modifications for people who may not be able to do all the movements. You can still do floor work, and any other exercise that doesn’t involve use of your toes. Think outside the box, check out the internet. Lots of alternatives for you.
