Well..I was almost in tears this morning on the scale. It's been over twenty years since I charted anything under 175. When I was struggling at 212 pounds, I would never have believed I could get anywhere near here. It seemed impossible. I am blessed! I found something that worked for me. Keto got me started and I found that it is a tool I can use well. I'm excited because I can only imagine where I can go by continueing what I have been doing for 8 months. I have 4 weeks left till I go to the cardiologist again. It's gonna be fun to see his face when he sees me! My surgery was one year ago and I have lost 38 pounds since then and am able to do hour-long workouts now. Happy, happy, happy!
