2lbs down in 2 weeks. Weight loss is starting to slow down a bit now. Was averaging 2lbs loss per week but it’s dropped to a 1lb weekly loss for the past few weeks. I’ve lost 2 stone now though which I’m over the moon about. Will continue as I am and will fit in my weight training as usual.
Measurements: 1 inch lost on waist 0.5 inches lost on both hips and legs
