Hello fellow FatSecret members! If you think my sudden weight rise is worthy of acknowledgement. Wait until you see my pic of “Oh Fudge” that arrived in the mail. It does freeze. Lol 😂 I need to get back to one meal a day, and I still have leftovers from “Broken Yolk”. Ate “Jersey Mike’s” Italian sub, for dinner. You ALL have the greatest of days, keep the diet faith, and best of fortune on ALL your goals this precious life.
