Happy 😊 Monday to our FatSecret health seekers. I guess I will try my best to fast until I have dinner at “Black Angus” tonight. I see such wonderful meals you ALL post on the site. I barely got out the door yesterday to go to Starbucks. I’m going to see the new “Bad Boys”movie 🎥 in the afternoon. Watched the first two yesterday. My knee is gradually feeling better. May workout again in the next few days. Hope ALL of you have a wonderful President’s Day (cough, cough). Make every day the best! Bye 👋 bye 👋!
