Another Monday around 145. Realized this weekend that I dropped almost all the baby weight within 8 weeks so haven't really been trying too hard since then and it's showing, but baby will be 5 months this week so time to refocus. I've also been terrible about taking my thyroid meds :( Saw a few pics of myself this weekend and noticed how full my face and neck are, so going to be more disciplined with my meds and eating more anti-inflammatory foods to help my other autoimmune conditions. Finally made a huge batch of lactation muffins this weekend so will try to use those to cut down on my cookie habit (bad year for my daughter to start girl scouts!). Here's to another new week!
