not eating after 6 is helping but i know i gotta go bk to the gym and i have not been sticking to my pristine palate but I'm trying. i am having issues with my stomach bulging but i know once i get back in the gym it can be greatly reduced but im not sticking to my bedtime either and that's hurting my efforts cause i feel so sluggish not to mention aches n pains I've been feeling. but I'm still conquering have to put my faith in Jesus.
