Hi friends! It's been over a week since I have been on here. I went on a vacation to see my family and had a wonderful time. I so enjoy my neices and nephews but don't get to see them very often. They all live in KC and since I live in northern California, the commute is a killer. I also got to visit with friends that I went to high school and college with. I really enjoyed my Spring Break. I started to keep track of what I was eating and my exercise but then I quit. I enjoyed my food but didn't really overindulge. My Dad and Step Mom have a treadmill in their basement so I would get on it in the mornings and ran, then did other exercises. I didn't do my whole routine but I feel good about what I did. Now starting today I am back on the routine, with the exception of jogging, since I have a migraine. I look forward to catching up with what you are up too.
